JAMES SPRINKLE

Founder & CEO
MRAeS

With over 30 years of commercial aviation and business management experience. James is a proven C- level leader with extensive executive experience across all segments of the aerospace industry.

For more than 27 years, James has delivered bottom line value to aviation industry clients facing a range of challenges. He specializes in strategic planning, market analysis, operational improvement, and commercial M&A due diligence in the aerospace and MRO segments.

He has proven track records, in M&O and Engineering, AOC fleet planning, market sector strategy and airline management, Building & Infrastructure Development and Construction and Facilities Operations & Management services.

James began his professional career in aviation maintenance and flight operations with the United States Air Force and continued to develop his maintenance and operational expertise in commercial aviation as a skilled subject matter expert to operators, lessors, equity and debt investors on a wide array of aviation asset classes, including aircraft, engines, and inventories.

He is a alumnus of Spartanburg Methodist College, the Community College of the Air Force, Lander University, the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, University of Miami, and Thomas Edison University.

James is a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society (MRAeS). Holder of a Federal Aviation Administration A&P Certificate.
